Scott Erickson, BC-HIS
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist After graduating with a degree in electronics from ITT in Portland, Oregon, Scott answered an ad for a hearing aid repair technician at Starkey Laboratories. Years of extensive training followed, until he attained expert status in building, fitting, and adjusting the latest in hearing aid technology. Scott became the national trainer for Starkey Laboratories, and taught advanced techniques in custom fitting to newly graduated audiologist from all over the United States for about 9 years.
Scott went on to work for Sonus USA, as the Area Manager for 26 clinics in Oregon, Washington, California, and Canada. He was the one that they brought in for the patients that had very difficult hearing losses.
Scott ventured out on his own in 2004, and has purchased multiple hearing aid clinics in Pagosa Springs, Alamosa, Pueblo, Canon City, and Colorado Springs. Scott makes himself available with all the employees and patients by frequenting each location each month and in some cases he is the main provider of that clinic.
Scott has a unique approach in his expertise since he has the technical background and really listens to the patient on what needs to be addressed and finds the solution with a caring touch. 
With 26 years of experience in the industry Scott is dedicated to helping all his patients hear better with the best technology available. He feels that he has the responsibility of each patient’s hearing in his hands and takes that responsibility very seriously. He wants each patient to know that he will not give up on them; since they would be giving up a large part of their world if they didn’t hear everything they could with the latest technology available.
Even though Scott is willing to fit any product the patient requests, his best success in fitting hearing aids has been with Starkey Laboratories. Not only does he believe they have the best technology in the industry, but he believes if for any reason a client is not satisfied Starkey will go above and beyond to make sure the client gets the help they need. Scott is also amazed at how far the technology has come and is always trained on the latest technology which gives the patient the best technology possible.
Dr. Anneke Lee, Au.D., Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Anneke Lee earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and her Master of Science Degree in Audiology, from our very own Colorado State University. She then received her Doctorate degree in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences.
We’re extremely honored to have the accomplished Dr. Lee align with our Ears 2 U family of providers. She has served as practicing Audiologist in Colorado Springs since 1993. She has over twenty years of diverse experience in working with hearing impaired individuals & fitting customized hearing aids. Dr. Lee builds strong patient/provider relationship based on integrity, compassion and her impressive knowledge of the ever evolving hearing instrument industry. She will skillfully fit your hearing aids to suite your individual needs, lifestyle and budget. As a hearing impaired individual herself, Dr. Lee has worn hearing aids for over ten years and can easily identify with your hearing challenges and concerns. She is excited to meet you and will compassionately support your family’s optimal hearing health.
She and her husband have three daughters and enjoy living in the peaceful mountains near Florissant, CO. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, skiing, reading and gardening.
Shad Stockton, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Shad and his family moved from Santa Fe, NM to Colorado in 2007. Shad lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and 3 boys. His interest includes playing golf and whatever sports the boys are participating in during the current season. He helps coach his youngest son’s basketball and soccer teams and is heavily involved in volunteering his time with special needs kids at Christ Haven Lodge.
Shad began his training as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2008 and quickly found enjoyment in helping all of his clients. Shad loves being able to help clients with their hearing difficulties and takes the everyday challenges of helping people hear better seriously. He is committed to making sure all questions and concerns are addressed on each visit with his clients.
Shad joined our staff in April, 2011 and we are very blessed to have such a dedicated employee. Shad is mainly at our Pueblo and Canon City locations; he welcomes you to stop by and have an assessment of your hearing done anytime.
Shad has a B.S. in Accounting from NMSU and is Board Certified Hearing Instrument Sciences.
